My work sits at the intersection of learning, trust, and growth. I got my start in prospect research and donor management, long before I ever led enterprise-wide programs. That’s where I learned how to really read people: what lights them up, what earns their trust, and what gets them to take action. Those early lessons still shape how I approach everything from stakeholder engagement to change management.
Over the last decade, I’ve built coaching, mentoring, and leadership development programs that help people grow - whether they’re just starting out, stepping into leadership, or experienced leaders looking to sharpen their impact and lead with greater clarity and confidence. I believe people do their best work when they feel seen, supported, and included, no matter where they are in their careers. I bring structure to ambiguity, coach through imposter syndrome, and help teams build meaningful habits that stick.
