Bio
I’m Ruth & I’m a Speaker, PCC Coach, PMP, & ViA Character Strengths practitioner specializing in leadership, ethics, burnout prevention, & organizational resilience. By blending law, science, experience, & conversation, I help leaders & organizations transform how they work, communicate, & navigate the complex challenges of modern workplaces.
British-born, long-time U.S. citizen, equal parts curious magpie & steady co-pilot, I’m the kind of introvert who loves a stage, then needs a quiet walk to mingle with crickets & butterflies. I mix UK/US idioms, collect good questions, & believe ethics isn’t a policy—it’s a practice.
People come to me when life feels loud: too many meetings, not enough clarity, big decisions hovering. My gift is listening until the signal emerges, then helping you make one small move that changes the week.
Burnout happens more often than we admit—and it can lead to moments we regret.
I know. I lived it.
And I found my way forward so you don’t have to
I’d ignored the warning signs, skipped self-care, & prioritized deadlines over health. The experience changed my life & my focus.
My work integrates law, psychology, project management, & coaching science to create evidence-based frameworks that drive measurable results. I develop & deliver keynotes, workshops, hybrid coaching programs, AI-enhanced learning experiences, & leadership development curricula for organizations in government, corporate, nonprofit, & education sectors.
I am recognized for my work in:
• Ethical decision-making in coaching & leadership
• AI coaching strategy & responsible innovation
• Burnout prevention for high-functioning professionals
• Hope Theory (Snyder/Lopez) applied to performance & well-being
• Character Strengths development (VIA)
• Courage, curiosity, resilience & mindset science
• Hybrid coaching models integrating 1:1, group, & AI
I speak globally, write, design programs, & serve as faculty for academic institutions & professional organizations. My programs consistently increase engagement, retention, & performance across diverse teams.
Specialties: Leadership Development • Ethics • AI Coaching • Hope Theory • Burnout • Organizational Psychology • Project Management • Hybrid Coaching Models • Learning Architecture • Executive Coaching • Speaking • Workshop Facilitation
Now I focus on helping people feel seen, safe, & heard. I help you regulate. I invite. Together, we cultivate presence. We find calm in the chaos & learn to lead with steadiness instead of stress.
