I come from a big sporting family football, rugby, and marathon running were the norm growing up but my own path started in performing arts. From age 14 through my early 20s, I trained and worked as a performer, and it was during that time I learned something crucial: success, whether on stage or in sport, is as much mental as it is physical.
While studying at drama school, I was introduced to strength training to help improve performance and resilience. That’s when I truly fell in love with fitness. Over time, I found myself guiding classmates and peers through their own training, which naturally led me into coaching.
Today, I specialise in helping people build strength, enhance athletic performance (think HYROX, half marathons, team sports), and develop lasting confidence especially in the gym. I work with individuals who want to perform better, move with purpose, and feel strong in their bodies.
While physical transformation can be a byproduct of the process, aesthetics and weight loss aren't my primary focus. I’m here to help people challenge their limits, discover what they’re capable of, and build confidence that goes beyond training sessions.
My coaching is grounded in discipline, effort, and mindset because I believe that once you open your mind to what’s possible, you can achieve more than you ever thought you could.
