My background in design helped me get a firm grip on key design principles. My specialising in UX helped me to understand how to get to the core of customer needs and guide business owners and teams behind the scenes to become aligned with their customers too. This drove business growth, customer retention and increased ROI for each of the businesses I consulted for. Being a quality UX or Product Designer isn't just about research, creating wireframes and design systems...It's also about understanding how to present, understanding people, communicating and collaborating effectively across multiple departments which is something I strive to do for every project I work on.
