Bio
I guide leaders and organizations in closing the gap between possibility and results. My work centers on creating transformative experiences that help individuals and teams embody their fullest expression and impact.
As a coach and consultant, I work with senior and C-level executives in Fortune 50 companies, Boards committed to equity and inclusion, start-ups with bold aspirations, and innovators determined to change the world. My approach combines leveraged experimentation and a deep commitment to alignment that helps leaders translate their intentions into embodied practices that build competency and performance effectiveness.
I’m known for navigating provocative discussions, facilitating insight, cultivating courage, and strengthening organizational capacity for delivering sustainable success. My experience in leadership development, individual and team coaching, organizational change, and strategic communications—a powerful combination for crafting programs that transform business strategies into organizational capacity for delivering results.
I was a part of the Stanford Women’s Basketball 1990 NCAA Champion Team, am a 2nd-degree black belt in Taekwondo, and a purple belt in Kungfu. I am a student of the Tarot and the wisdom that it makes available to leaders, a Gongfu Tea enthusiast, as well as an essential oil and herbal enthusiast – a student of how aroma cultivates emotions and mindsets that inspire action.
Specialties: Leadership development; executive/key performer coaching; performance, career engagement and satisfaction coaching (individuals, groups and teams); career development programs, employee development, group facilitation; content/workshop design; leadership alignment; change leadership, strategy and implementation.
