Hi, I’m Stas Vysh — a coach for tech people, working with engineers, team leads, and product managers.

I support clients who are navigating complex work decisions, career transitions, leadership challenges, and situations where there is no obvious right answer. My work is especially relevant for people in tech who carry high responsibility, work with uncertainty, or want to think more clearly about their next step.

Before coaching, I built my professional background as a Software Engineer, working in global, multicultural teams since 2018. This experience helps me understand the realities of technology environments: pressure, ambiguity, incidents, deadlines, communication challenges, and the need to make thoughtful decisions with incomplete information.

In coaching, I do not give ready-made answers or generic advice. I partner with clients through presence, active listening, reflective dialogue, and clear questions that help them notice patterns, clarify priorities, and choose actions that fit their context and values.

My coaching is grounded in confidentiality, trust, respect for the client’s autonomy, and professional boundaries. I work according to ICF standards and follow the ICF Code of Ethics.

I am currently developing my coaching practice through the “International Professional Coach” Level 2 training programme.
