I spent the first few years of my career establishing and expanding retail businesses across India and the Middle East. Somewhere between P&Ls and product plans, I realized I was far more intrigued by what drives people than by what drives profits. That led me to what I now do (and love): helping individuals and organizations lead effectively — themselves and others.

Today, I wear a few hats (none of them fancy, but all meaningful!): Executive Coach; Leadership Consultant and Facilitator; Mentor Coach and Educator. Over the past two decades, I’ve had the privilege of partnering with 1000+ leaders and 5000+ professionals — from high-potential managers to C-suite veterans — across industries such as IT, banking, consulting, hospitality, e-commerce, branding, power and manufacturing.

I work with organizations that genuinely care about their people — the ones who know leadership isn’t a title, but a mindset, and hence can be cultivated at any level with some practice. Whether it’s one-on-one coaching; designing and delivering senior leadership journeys; or facilitating team conversations, my aim is always the same: to create space for deep reflection, honest dialogue, deliberate action and sustainable growth.

My style is quietly provocative and compassionately challenging. I ask questions that invite pause, offer insights that land, and equip leaders with tools they can use on a Monday morning (not just admire on a workshop flipchart). No jargon. No fluff. Just real conversations that spark real change.

Clients say I bring calm clarity and grounded wisdom in a curious, judgement-free space. I say I just help people make friends with their own minds — and take action from that place.

Outside work, I’m a lifelong learner, WIP philosopher, and a devoted dog-parent (who often gets coached back by his four-legged coachee). I believe we’re all constantly evolving - in our own unique paces and ways.
