I’m a professor, coach, and former journalist who believes the most powerful story you’ll ever tell is the one you tell yourself.

Through The Reframe Room, I coach professionals in transition—journalists, coders, nonprofit leaders, educators, and creatives—who are navigating burnout, pivots, and the quiet pull toward something more aligned. My work blends deep listening, structured accountability, and honest reflection to help people move through the messy middle with clarity and confidence.

I offer both 1:1 coaching and a small-group program for people who want a more collaborative, community-based space to process change and take bold steps forward. It’s a space for clarity, reinvention, and action—with others who are walking the same path.

I also teach full-time at San Francisco State University and host the podcast A Journalist’s Guide to AI, where I explore the evolving intersection of technology, storytelling, and truth.
