Over the past several years, I have worked as a Product Manager, Product Consultant, and Delivery Lead for technology startups across SaaS, AI, mobile applications, EdTech, cybersecurity, and enterprise software. My expertise lies in helping founders move from uncertainty to execution by defining product strategy, building development teams, creating roadmaps, and delivering products that solve real business problems.
I lead cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and stakeholders through the entire product lifecycle from discovery and planning to launch and continuous improvement. My work includes requirements gathering, backlog management, roadmap creation, AI integration, quality assurance, user experience validation, and go-to-market planning.

Before entering the technology industry, I spent more than 20 years managing operations and client relationships in a successful family business. That experience gave me a strong foundation in leadership, customer service, process improvement, and business operations that continues to shape my approach to product management today.
