Over the past several years, I have worked as a Product Manager, Product Consultant, and Delivery Lead for technology startups across SaaS, AI, mobile applications, EdTech, cybersecurity, and enterprise software. I lead cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and stakeholders through the entire product lifecycle from discovery and planning to launch and continuous improvement. Before entering the technology industry, I spent more than 20 years managing operations and client relationships in a successful family business.
