Nick Spitzman is a proven digital operator with 20 years of experience across a wide variety of sectors, geographies and organizational sizes. He has particular expertise in SaaS, e-commerce, online marketplaces and consumer Internet businesses. Most recently he was the General Manager of Stamps.com, leading one of the US's most iconic software businesses. Spitzman has also held senior leadership roles at Regus and Vrbo, and was a BCG consultant early in his career. He has led businesses ranging from $1M startups to $200M+ enterprises across the US, Latin America and Europe. He holds an MBA from Wharton and a BA from Yale.

My background is in operating businesses at scale: P&L ownership, team leadership, strategy, hiring, growth and reorganization. I’ve run large P&Ls, led teams of 200+, and operated in high-pressure environments. I’ve also been an entrepreneur running my own company. I understand pressure, politics, ambition, compensation, risk, and the cost of indecision. My advice is grounded in experience, not theory.
At the same time, this is a private space grounded in trust and authenticity. You can speak freely about ambition, doubt, resentment, power dynamics, money, meaning. We don’t do performative corporate-speak or posturing.
