What to Expect

Please note: I am not licensed to practice therapy in the USA or Canada. This also means I do not offer EFT as a treatment for clinical conditions (such as anxiety, depression, or trauma) in those countries.

However, I am fully qualified and registered in the UK with the BACP, and I do provide therapy and EFT as treatment for clinical and emotional difficulties in the UK and other regions where I am legally permitted to practise.

In countries where I am not licensed to provide therapy, I offer EFT sessions to support non-clinical issues such as:

  • Stress and emotional overwhelm

  • Menopause-related symptoms

  • Confidence and self-worth

  • Emotional reactivity (e.g., guilt, resentment, or frustration) that not tied to a mental health diagnosis

  • Limited believes

  • Personal development and goal-setting blocks

EFT sessions are 50 minutes and focus on emotional relief, grounding, and restoring energetic harmony.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a body-based, science-supported method that uses gentle tapping on specific acupressure points, known as meridians. According to traditional Chinese medicine, these channels carry life energy (qi). EFT helps:

  • Restore the natural flow of energy

  • Release emotional and physical tension

  • Reduce the intensity of negative emotions

  • Support emotional clarity and balance
